At MonkeyshineApparel.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase we want to know right away. We can't fix problems that we don't know about. Please contact us as soon as possible so that me may correct any issues with your order and/or guide you through our refund process if necessary. We offer refunds for up to 15 days from the date your order was delivered. We strive to make our return policy easy, fair and stress free!
Once returns are received and processed we will issue a full refund to your charge card for what you paid for the item(s) minus shipping and handling charges and any coupons that were applied towards the original purchase.
If you receive an item that is defective, please take photos of the defective merchandise along with photos of the packaging material and email them to: email@example.com. Please include a detailed description of the defect in the body of your email along with any other information you think is relevant. We will be more than happy to replace any item that you purchase from us that is defective in any way.
Once your returned item is received at our facility, your account will be credited the full purchase price of the returned item, less any shipping and handling charges and applicable coupons used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 48 hours for the processing of your return at our facility. Once your return has been processed we will initiate a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that different banks have different processing times for refunds. Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund in a timely manner please follow these procedures:
Check your credit card account again. If it is still not showing up contact your credit card company. Depending on your banking institution, it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Check your bank account again. Depending on your banking institution, there is often times a delay in processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you have completed the above steps and you still have not received your refund in a timely manner, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 208-596-8421 so that we may assist you in tracing your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received at our facility, a store credit voucher will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, once we receive the returned item at our facility we will issue a refund to the gift giver who made the original purchase. The refund will go back to the original credit card used during the initial transaction.
WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURNS
Before returning an item please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 208-596-8421 to alert us that you are returning an item so we may watch for its arrival and process your return as quickly as possible. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt when returning items.
